JUST can't find QUALITY help

the supervisor of the pca agency (that i use to assist me with my cares) called me to tell me that vincent was coming to my apartment. she said that the pca (i think his name was alfred?) that said that my place smelled told her that he only said it because of his different "culture" and it smelled different than what he was used to. when the supervisor was telling me that on the phone, i was smiling because just from my experience- i'm not saying this to be racist or whatever you wanna call it- african smells WREAK. i feel like i said that i thought that MIGHT have been the reason for him CLAIMING that my place "smelled".. he said that it smelled like it "has something going on with it".. whatever the fuck that means. i DO have the problem with vincent.. he comes to work whenever the fuck he wants. he was SUPPOSED to be here a little over an hour ago and i told him that he couldn't come earlier (yeah right.. he can't even come this damn early) because i was getting my haircut at 2. he doesn't act like this is a fuckin job. he acts like he can just come whenever the fuck he feels like it which is why i left a message for him telling him that i was gonna tell the supervisor that i wanted someone else to be my pca if he keeps this shit up and keeps thinking he can come to work whenever the hell he wants. tanae already replaced him with that assbag alfred once but i had that problem with alfred, she replaced him with some other guy and i never got his number but he was alright.. she asked me if i liked him and i said that he was alright but i think that she said that she didn't get a call from him.. maybe he was waiting for her to call him? dumb. *sigh* oh well.
